Today we’re really excited to bring you a wedding from Asheville, North Carolina, and before getting into the wonderful photography and notes from the bride we wanted to say something at the outset. One of the things we love about city weddings is that there is ample diversity within the genre. Each city has its own flavor, a fact we appreciate more and more each day. And so today let’s bask in the southern charm of Asheville.
From the bride, Lydia: “Andrew and I were raised in North Carolina and Georgia, had a stint in San Francisco after graduating from the University of North Carolina, where we met, and then made Asheville our home as we started on our respective paths towards dentistry and nursing. Our time in California made it clear we thrived in a tighter urban community, but needed the southern comfort of friends and family. Asheville is for us the perfect city.
“We had our first look in the 10th floor condo of the Hotel Indigo. The space was perfect for getting ready and I remember how cheapest cialis prices profoundly happy I was toasting the day on the terrace with the mountains in the background, the sounds of the city below, and my favorite women in the world. Our relationship had solidified with the hustle and bustle of SF in the background and it felt natural to celebrate our life together with an urban backdrop surrounded by our friends and family from both coasts.”
